Basically, any public building built between 1985 and 1992 is likely affected and affected the worst. Prior to 1982 it was used in small panels, it was stopped between 82 and 85 and then re-introduced with the deregulation [removing the burden of red tape] of the building industry in 85 when the panel size went from 750x1200mm to 1200x6000mm. So earlier buildings have it, but its generally much less of an issue. It seems to have been stoped in 92.
