OF COURSE ITS COLLAPSING maybe this is only completely obvious from the outside looking in...??? Here in Bulgaria our election system has failed to deliver a workable majority in 5 general elections so we have had no effective government for 2 years - THINGS STILL WORK BETTER than in the UK. No waiting lists at hospitals, the roads ger mended, the high speed rail build is on schedule, the new €1.3 million battery electric busses have been put into service >>> You can hardly tell there is no government.
