I STILL REMAIN TO BE CONVINCED that Tim has ever met a Tory - he always seems so genuinely surprised when they do another evil thing I went to school in black bin bags too poor to afford a coat cos of Thatcher. Our friends burned their furniture to stop their new born baby freezing to death over winter cos of Thatcher. I wonder is it just Tim - or is a huge part of the country genuinely unaware of what it was like in the industrialised north when Thatcher deliberately destroyed all industry - people starved to death...
