  2. YEP - absolutely. Ive seen a machine that does exactly this. It has a high speed cutter on a robotic arm, you scan the original and it cares it out of a block of marble for you.

  4. Great progress has been made on the Benin Bronzes - started by St Andrews University. A large number have been returned in the last 3 years - obviously not by the British M but by better institutions.
