In my socialist country insurance is 'socialised' - they can only use national statistical data not individual so a 17 year old pays the same for car insurance as a 55 year old driving the same car. A guy with a 1,500 sq foot apartment pays the same as any other guy with a 1,500 sq ft apartment of the same value. But thats E*V*I*L SOCIALISM for you.

@Jake-rs9nq sorry I replied to your previous comment but it looks like it got deleted. Yes its a social democracy. Id rather not say which country as I will receive lots of comments from Am3ric4ns saying I live in a *** hole [I actually live in a beautiful city with a beach on 3 sides]. Its an ex-communist [socialist] country, now a socialist democracy with a lot of hangovers in culture from the true social era. The public transport is socialised - you pay $0.60 for a ride no matter how far you go or how many busses - its $0.60 to get to work. You don't have to pay more cos your work is a long way away. Most things are like this here.
