MY AM3RIC4N FRIEND lives in a $1.2 million house in Utah on the outskirts of SLC, so not a deprived area - the road outside her house is utterly TERRIBLE, it has not been renewed since the house was built and it is wrecked. I live in Bulgaria and honestly, our roads are WAY better - at least where I live.
