!!!! A WARNING FOR A LONG COVID SUFFER. !!! take a long long time to recover - way past when you feel good. You will feel great and want to do lots of stuff DONT DO IT...!!! There appears to be a link between overdoing it too quickly after covid and getting long covid. I felt great and then went to the gym, which made me worse, I thought "AH you're just being soft" and kept going - until I could not even walk to the gym. If you get Long Covid you wont be making videos, you won't be making FOOD mate. You will be lying on your back 20 hours a day.

@aesma2522 Ive had flu and covid a few times. The first flu and the first covid - were about the same, 3 to 4 weeks in bed severely ill. BUT i didnt get long flu and I DID get long covid and it had destroyed my life. " the flu is no joke either". NO flu can be extremely serious. I lost about 3 stone when I had flu the first time.
