EVERY DAY I WRITE a "Gratitude Journal" the things I am grateful for that day* - I have to say the last 3 months it does contain "I DONT LIVE IN THE UK" a hell of a lot... *Very good thing to do for your mental health, helps prevent depression, helps you sleep - looking after your mental health is an ACTIVE process just like looking after your body! :-D

HERE IS A MAD THEORY FOR YOU Brexit has served its purpose for everyone who pushed for it. We can now rejoin the EU EDIT - as far as Bojo and co are concerned. Boris got PM. The disaster capitalists have cleaned up. They have deregulated what they wanted. They have got the billion £ for PPE. They NO LONGER need Brexit, its becoming an inconvenience. So the government force the situation be get as bad as it possible. People DEMAND return to the EU and the Govt dump the problem of rejoining on the Labout party

@Ickledragon - do you know. IT IS. I live a tiny little minimalist life in Bulgaria, I'd never consider living like this in the UK, and the reason is IM HAPPY. I dong need a new iPhone 13 or a new car or anything really. The weather is wonderful. My neighbours are amazing. Everyone looks after each other. I live in one of those nightmare looking ex soviet era apartment blocks you see on TV - they are so well built actually - I have NEVER felt more like I live in a village than this. And I MOVED form a village in the UK, where I didn't even know my neighbour's names...

@rickszwed9670 - I only do it on a night, I used to do it just before bed but my mind was too tired then, so I started doing at about 7.00pm. I'm an author, mostly on psychology, so I try everything to be able to write about it as a first-hand experience and this was one of the things I was really taken with. From the very first day I noticed a change in my attitude, I was LOOKING for things in the day to be grateful for to write down at night.

@rollingwave2732 - OH thank you :-D I have had an amazing life, I don't mean to brag, I mean amazing as in astonishingly varied. I have been a millionaire and I've been homeless, bankrupt and suffering from brain damage... Ive travelled in 53 countries trying to find what would make me happy only to find the answer was to stop trying to prove I was by my father... Nothing made me happy cos none of ti was what I wanted. The bankruptcy and the brain damage was the start of my spiritual journey... I'm infinitely happier as a poor author eating an apply my neighbour gave me than I ever was as a rich man... I try to help people with my books, they started off about narcissism and psychology and are becoming more spiritual...

@rollingwave2732 - OH thank you - but I'm not really - I'm just trying to live my life and be happy. A lot of people who read my books say "Oh its amazing how you overcame such obstacles" well its not really, I don't have any choice in it. I want doing it for charity LOL. I think given the same circumstances 95% of people would be just as inspiring - its the human spirit that is insiering.
