CHINA IS ISSUING GOVT BONDS IN $USD so that OPERC countries do have to keep their $$$ in the US - China has $1.5 Trillion in USD in cash on hand They are offering currency swap to anyone in BRICS who needs USD so they can trade in USD and never tough the US banking system - In effect the US has lost control of the $USD internationally. I have yet to even work out the implications - but sanctions are no longer a thing thats for sure. They ONLY affect US allies not enemies LOL
