IF YOU NEED BENEFITS - GET A BENEFITS SOLICITOR...!!! 14 years my sister got NOTHING for her deaf kid with learning difficulties, she had to give up work to home school him - as soon as she got a solicitor on it she immediately got £380 a month. BUT - not backdated - £380 X 12 X14 years is £63,840 she missed out on THAT SHE WAS DUE...!!! 80% of declined benefits are approved when a solicitor gets involved...!!! >>> My sister is very middle class, they got by just fine, but imagine if she was a single mother living on JSA or something...

@louisokeefe8307 - As far as I can tell - they decline everything by default and then only approve it if you make a massive fuss. It is horrific as it prays on the most vulnerable. The fact my sister COULD afford a solicitor is why she got the benefit, a poorer person wold not get it.

@charlessandoval3382 Well in the UK at the moment junior barristers earn LESS than the minimum wage - so the UK is to grotesquely f-uked that YES lawyers need welfare...

@mattsyson3980 - Well Im in the EU now. One of the reasons I left the Uk was police harassment after they made themselves look total idiots doing a full armed SWAT raid on my house for 1kg of gym supplements they thought was cocaine... so I have NO trust in any British institutions.
