I WENT TO CHURCH TODAY even though its not Easter here in Bulgaria and Im not religious - I just needed a calm screen space away from the modern world to have a think... It really helped.

@alisonwilson9749 - yeah I live in a city so Im short on quiet spaces and it was getting oppressive. Im next to the beach - but its a golden sand blue sea touristy type beach not very suited to calm reflection. I have some friends going through some extreme sh!t at the moment and I need to be calm and "centred" to be of any use to them - so I will probably go back today and sit for an hour or so. It really was surprisingly helpful yesterday and I slept a lot better as well.
