Instead of being for the benefit of the shareholders its charter states it is for the long term benefit of: 1) The country 2) the customers 3) the workers 4) the longevity of the company 5) Humanity all carry equal weight. The shares are packaged in 3's so the govt has 1 an employee has 1 and a private investor or customer can have 1. they have to be kept in balance so it has to attract the investment it cant become bloated and unprofitable - I came up with this for Boeing. Personally I think something like this is the only way for corporations to continue to exist, otherwise they will all go the way of Thems Water and Boeing
