Looked on a very pro Brexit channel the other day and 95% of the comments were saying "this Brexit is a disaster - we hate Boris Johnson for lying to us" They were NOT saying Brexit was a disaster, only;y THIS version - but its still a hell of a progression from sunlit uplands and unicorn burgers. Progress is being made.

  2. I TRULY BELIEVE these Tory Brexiteers actually believed the BS they were spewing about how great Britain would be after Brexit... I'm sure they thought the Empire would immediately spring back up like a jack in a box after the EU installed lid was lifted.

As someone who was in business in the early 1970's said "the people that say 'oh we survived before the EU just fine' 1) no we didn't 2) we used to manufacture and sell to 1 wholesaler in Europe in 1972, now we sell to 25,000 end users in Europe - 1 export document in 1972 is now 25,000 export documents in 2021"

  5.  @atomiccritter6492  - these are all stages they have to go through to get to "lets rejoin". The problem is, I think its going to be bad over the next 5 to 10 years in the UK. I remember the early 1980 in the north of England and unless you lived it you cant relly understand the misery. I mean I was a kid and the kids were miserable FFS. I worry that is what the UK is facing.
