  1. YOU GUYS have got to get out of this union. I was reading yesterday about the deal with Labour and Plyd in Wales and the unbelievably progressive stuff they will be doing there, a lot of which is the same as Scotland is ALREADY doing. Scotland and Wales are on a TOTALLY different track to England. Boldly being progressive and green and forward-looking, England wants to live in a perpetual 1953. NI will obviously unify with Ireland, that's a given. England and the Tories are holding everyone back - get out, get back in the EU. All 3 are STUNNIGLY beautiful countries with vast amounts of character - they could all be great tourist destinations in their own right. I mean Im English and I only learned at 50 years old that NI was a beautiful place - why? Cos England controls the budget for tourism advertising... OK - bit of a rabbit hole I went down there. But my point is - GET OUT. All 3 countries are diverging in every way from England. Your future is independent.

  2.  @wulfcogle9988  - I live in Bulgaria - BUT I HAVE considered moving to Scotland. Very seriously considered it. I was actually thinking about it literally 30 minutes ago. I spent some time in the West coast of Scotland 20 years ago and just fell in love with it. The view out of my window here is kinda like a low rent version of Scotland, and some days wiht the sun in the right position it really does look like the west coast. I also make bespoke historical men's clothing as a hobby that I keep thinking of making into a small business, as tweed is THE fabric of choice Scotland would be a great place from a practicality AND marketing perspective. I can write "Genuine Scottish Tweed" on an advert but no one will believe that unless you are IN Scotland - that kudos of being IN Scotland making things out of Tweed is a 50% difference in price. I think there is a 60% chance I will be in Scotland in the next 10 years... If I lived in England - it would be 100% for definite. But Id be leaving a lot behind here - including my settled status.

  4. IVE DRIVEN ACROS THE SAHARA DESERT I've seen the migrants walking north across thousands of miles of red hot nothing to get to Europe... They DONT do it for a better job. Why do a lot of them head for Britain - they SPEAK ENGLISH. Not only that THE BRITISH EMPIRE told their mothers and fathers and grandparents how UNBELEAVBLY AMAZING GREAT Britain was - OUR PROPAGANDA and Empire legacy language.
