  3. PLEASE DO THIS If you are throwing food out, its a bit soggy, you don't like it, whatever - PLEASE package it up in a bag - put a note on it "FOOD PLEASE TAKE" and put it out... For those less fortunate. Here in Bulgaria, it is culturally NOT ACCEPTABLE to throw food away - everyone does this. In the middle of a food shortage, there is NO SHAME it taking a bag of soggy tomatoes, wrinkly potatoes and making a stew out of them to feed your family. You don't even need to be poor IT LEAVE MORE FOOD IN THE SHOPS FOR OTHER PEOPLE.!

There are currently no laws in the UK for helping homeless people, whether that is giving them food, money, clothes or anything else that may assist them - however there have been rules put in place in America
