THE THING ABOUT BREXITEERS they truly, genuinely believed that the UK was "special" it was "exceptional" and that the EU would bend over backwards to honour that exalted status. And the fact they have NOT is seen as massively unreasonable and vindictive - treating the UK as the 3rd country IT IS is nasty evil vengeance to a Brexiteer.
