  1. MY ELECTRICITY BILL IS £12 and I don't have gas - why?? I live in a communist-era apartment block with passive heating and cooling - so I literally have no heating and no A/C For 70 YEARS this building has been keeping its occupants warm in winter and cool in summer for basically ZERO energy - INVEST IN BUILDINGS.

  3.  @verystripeyzebra  -Thats the World Bank assessment. The Chinese Govt assessment is 0.0% which is BS. The World Health Organisation figure is 15.8% which is STILL less than the 2019 UK figure of 22% Whichever way you look at it - China is doing better than the UK. Even at 15.85 it is an ASTONISHING achievement of China to lift 800 million people out of poverty in 30 years
