FOR 10 YEARS AFTER SUFFERING BRAIN DAMAGE I was told I did not qualify for PIP cos I live in the EU - THIS WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE I have a benefits solicitor on the case now getting me the benefit and taking legal action to recover 10 years of lost entitlements. BUT it served the purpose for the Tories didnt it...??? THEY didn't have to pay it and the back payment will have to be made under Labour. BTW. If you have an issue - get a Benefits solicitor - they will work out a payment option for you
