  1. IM GUESSING SHE HAS NOT BEEN TO FRANCE I mean you can't drive more than 3km without bumping into another giant chateau they are unlikely to be impressed with a big house

  2.  @olmostgudinaf8100  - I live in Bulgaria. I had a 1 bedroom apartment - so entrance bit with kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom - 275m2 So that 3,000 sq feet. In the UK that would be a 4 bedroom house?? I currently live in a TINY apartment [cos its on the 9th floor of a beachside apartment and the views are STUNNING] this really is small at 75m2 but its probably about the same size as a 1 1/2 bedroom terrace house.
