THERE IS A CHANCE that this might give A LOT OF PEOPLE the cover they need to turn on Bojo, if you are a Brexiteer its very difficult to turn on Bojo even if you think its going badly. He delivered what you wanted, but this is a back door way to suddenly disapprove of Bojo, and bu extension move to a position of "and he lied to us over Brexit"
