  1. I ONCE PAID A GUY TO RENOVATE A VILLA OF MINE* He could live there whilst he was doing it on the grounds it got 2 hours extra work done each day as no travelling... After nearly two years and it STILL not compleated I worked out DOH he was just living there rent-free and fixing one door hinge a week. *Here in Bulgaria.
