  1.  @ffotograffydd  - EXACTLY - things are not means tested to save money - its literally MORE expensive to do that than just pay whatever it is. It is dont to persecute poor people. I once heard a female a solicitor on £450k making the argument to keep the child benefit none means tested - she made a stunning argument and totally convinced me. Means testing is to ISOLATE THE "SCROUNGERS" as a separate group you can vilify and persecute.

  2. TO UNDERSTAND THE TORIES you have to look at it from their perspective... They never properly meet a poor person, they don't know poor people, they work in a literal palace. The poor are AWAYS compleaing about being poor - so to them, there is no difference between this and any other time the poor have moaned about being poor.
