The big point is, you CAN NOT spend £38 billion in one year from scratch on ANYTHING. Its NOT POSSIBLE. Lets say you build a tunnel to Norway - it will take 15 years to do it. 5 years to build a nuclear aircraft carrier, and they only cost £7 billion. There is NO PHYSICAL WAY it can not be massive corruption.

The Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor is set to cost about $50 - $90 billion and it is to be compleated in an insane time frame of 3 years - 3 YEARS of work after a decade of planning... Its 1483 Km long... Its not a f-ing App. It a thousand miles of infrastructure

This project uses up the ENTIRE WORLDS MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY of these cables - but you can spend £38 billion on a computer app...???
