@derekmulready1523 - got a viral infection in my pancreas some years ago and whilst I'm not diabetic, I would become so if I had sugar in my diet. so I had to basically go on a "Keto" diet. Very low carbs and NO sugar. I found that basically EVERYTHING has added sugar in it. Bread has added sugar in it, crisps have glucose on them to make them brown and addictive, soup had sugar in it. I also lost 3 stone as if by magic when I cut out sugar.

@annerigby4400 - YES - literally everything in a packet has sugar. That is the basis I work on. 95% of the supermarket is off bounds to me. I absolutely understand you on this one... thsy could cut obesity immediately just by banning added sugar
