VETS - THERE ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE VETS My sister wrote the pig welfare standards for the EU, she knows a lot about the Vet side of this issue. Standing all day in a slaughter house or at a port building doing veterinary paperwork is HORRIBLE. It was always given to the newly qualified SPANISH vets and work exp. English vets are not going to drag themselves away from giving kittens jabs for £300 a pop to do it. And all the Spanish vets went home.

@polliebain7450 - Its absolutely horrible. Just checking on the vets to make sure they had qualifications as my sister did for a while, she hated that. If you are a vet - do you want to stand in sh!t watching animals getting killed all day??? Particularly pigs, cos they use CO2 gas pits and it turn to sulphuric acid in their eyes and throat and they scream blue murder as they die.
