  1. I LIVED FOR A YEAR in a part of southwest France where the number 80 [typo - 90] was "cinquante deux vingt" [50 + 2 X 20] They didn't even let Parisian numbers into their region, let alone foreign things. They also have wine in petrol pumps - brilliant [Palavas Les Flots]

  2.  @CeiliogWaspflake  LOL typo - i meant 90. But to be honest you might be right. the numbering was SO confusing 80 is cinquante vingt dexet. The other thing is its only the old people and the market traders etc, the normal supermarkets use the standard system. Its like a dialect thing.
