IM SORRY PHIL I cant watch your video today - it just depresses me too much... Its not your fault, but I have to at least TRY and maintain my mental health and there is only so much destruction of democracy, corruption and lethal incompetence I can take each week.

@ohgosh5892 - I'm an author on psychology and I will damn well take a break from the horrors of this proto-fascist government if I feel I need to do so. And as an author on psychology, I will make it public to remind others that they need to maintain their mental health as well if they are to keep healthy. It is very clear that YOU do not look after your mental health, but as you are not paying me money - that's your problem. END OF CONVERSATION.

@Jay...777 - THANKS - but I'm not entirely sure it's "easier" from afar... But it depends what you mean by easier??? There is a "wood for the trees" element to being in the thick of it if you live in the UK. But people living in the UK get "normalcy" as well. They go to work and they go to the shops and have a life - whereas watching from afar you very clearly see the horrors, and you ONLY see the horrors with terrifying clarity, and there is never the normality. So I think its six of one and half a dozen of the other. There are benefits of being outside it and disadvantages - any - just IMO.
