  1. A GERMAN STUDY OF BREXIT has shown that only now are people beginning to realize that most of the benefits the EU offered were actually for being part of the EU. Most people thought they were simply a feature of "LIFE". They did not link them with to the EU. And they thought we could ignore all EU rules and still trade freely with the EU. I.e. They thought there were only NEGATIVES to being in the EU - probably cos that is all the papers told them about for 40 years.

  2.  @e3498-v7l  - My sister's old company, where many of her friends work, is no longer hiring British people. They work all over Europe and the British employees are limited to 90 days out of every 180. So that could put the contract in jeopardy. so blanket policy for a UK company is not to hire UK nationals. There are thousands of other examples like this where peoples lives are impacted in ways no one thought of. YOU might not care, you might not care that her son can no longer go work at a zoo in Spain as he was planning to do, you might be happy that peoples lives are destroyed. But that's why you voted for Brexit, because you did not care about the impact on other people. If you did care, you would not have voted to satisfy your need to have British bureaucrats make your laws instead of EU bureaucrats.

  6.  @e3498-v7l  - why should I? I moved to mainland Europe to stay IN the EU. I am 100% in favour of a federal Europe. The world is split into the USA, the EU, China, India and soon Africa and possibly Brazil - if you are not a member of one of those blocks then you are a nobody and an irrelevance in the 21st century. Im OK - Im a self-employed author who works part-time - its not for me. Its for Gen Z in the UK who no longer have a future.
