  1. IVE HAD LONG COVID FOR 22 MONTHS its never-ending. I walked 10,000 steps one-day last week - a big milestone - but it has made me ill for 4 days after... I was a young man before covid, I'm now an old man. I mean it. I used to run 5km to 10km a day with my dog, gym 6 days a week. Now, it takes me literally all day to walk 10k stpes and makes me ill... Im alive - thats what I have to keep telling myself.

  2.  @gerarddunmoore7609  - I genuinely think Long covid will be a bigger problem for society than the initial pandemic. Cos it is VERY REAL. I also expect the UK government to start portraying people with long covid as lazy, slackers, liars, there is nothing wrong with them, they need to get back to work - this will assuredly start to happen.
