  2. AS A QUALIFIED SKIPPER can I just say 1st - it is a DISGRACE that the RNLI is a charity funded by donations and manned by volunteers...!!! I THOUGHT WE WERE A PROUD SEAFARING COASTAL NATION...??? I thought we banged on about this at any opportunity??? Well FUND the lifeboat service and PAY the people. And obviously, exempt them from this idiotic legislation.
