  1. Funny you should say that. I knew a guy who went to university in the 90's - everyone on the course had to spend a month in a wheelchair and if anyone saw them out of the chair they lost points. It was NOT a disability issue specifically. It was to demonstrate how it is next to impossible to truly put yourself in someone else's shoes - no matter how well-intentioned or empathetic you are. And THAT is why diversity and inclusion is astonishingly important, not for "woke" reasons, for perspective and experience input reasons. Diverse, inclusive companies are more competitive cos they have a wider "gene pool" of ideas.
