  2. I GENUINELY SENCE AN UPRISING the thing is - even people on £70k are having problems... Their PARENTS can't afford their heating bills, their KIDS can't afford their rent so THEY are paying - my sister has a martial arts school in a very middle-class market town. Her members SUPPORT the strikes, they are JOINING UNIONS for the first time in their lives. They are talking about how THEY are having to cut back - these are people in £600k homes. I FEEL a switch.

THAT 0.00% rate is the Chinese govt rate. BUT...
