  2. AS AN AUTHOR ON NARCISSISM I would say Bojo's motivation is WAY more likely that he wants to look good in pictures with world leaders and read the glowing headlines in the papers... I would expect him to say ANYTHING to look good this week - and they betray his every promise next week when they have all gone home
