@deimosphobus8466 All I can say to that is yes, yes and YES... The woman in question highlighted a badly educated and ill population as being key problems.

@deimosphobus8466 - My sister had to pull her kid out of school due to untreated psychological problems. After waiting nearly 3 years she paid £3500 for a Harley st psychiatrist she could NOT afford to diagnose. It now costs £150 a month in medication. So many parents are having to pay private that you cant even get a NORMAL private psychologist. Only the most expensive have appointments available. Here in Bulgaria, every school has a on-site child psychologist and larger schools have one per 300 students.
