  3.  @InnuendoXP  I agree - my business was an Amzn cosmetics business so we had orders to pack and post 5 days a week, that in its self-imposed some restrictions. Paying very good salaries was entirely counter-productive, people saved up and then went travelling, or paid off their debts and left, OR set up in competition to me with the money I had paid them LOL. Most of my employees were female - I think as a result of it being cosmetics - the hours allowed them to take their kids to school, and collect them. I had a quality control bonus, errors had to be under 0.5% and they got a weekly bonus if they were.
