2 YEARS IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A PASSPORT because they are prioritising people with travel booked - understandably. Prioritising airport staff does NOT mean other people will wait twice as long, it means other people WONT GET THEM. The Q will always be jumped by new airport staff, just like I'm being jumped by new holidaymakers.
