THE RISE OF RIGHT-WING POPULISM AROUND THE WORLD is not coordinated Phil, its a result of the breakdown of capitalism and the wealth inequality. Every time a system starts to collapse you get a rise in right-wing authoritarians, only THINS TIME is the global capitalist system that is very obviously starting to collapse so its a worldwide rise of right-wing authoritarianism. The right-wing promise they can turn the clock back to happy times, THAT is a simply happy message. The left-wing say they can improve the future >>> wiht many new and untested ideas and ever group has a different idea and THAT is scary "we want to do this untried thing to fix the problem" is NOT as easy a sell as "we want to mak it like it was 30 years ago when you were happy" So in times of change, the right-wing always rises up - but they are lying and thick so it never lasts long and usually and in violence.

@tohellorbarbados7119 - they won't. The narrative will always be "OG MY GOD SHE CAN WIN" in order to scare the sh!t out of people and get them to vote and not sit at home. If Im wrong remind me and Ill apologise. But I think its just tactical "dont get complacent"

@corleth2868 - YES but the difference between 2016 and 2022 is Macron HAS 2016 to point to as an example of the catastrophe of what happens if you stay at home. Also he only has to point ot UK life "LOOK - right-wing populist government in the UK, anti-EU anti immigrant and they had 54% increase in energy cost and I gave YOU 4%...!!! And their economy is collapsing cos they left the EU" I mean if he DOES lose he =needs a good slapping cos it should be super easy in 2022...

@tohellorbarbados7119 - well the only reason for that is the French riot over anything, and the British are utterly pathetic. I lived there in 2003 when there was a riot over the price of cheese. NO neoliberal politician CAN do anything about the structural problems with modern society cos the billionaires are too powerful and will stop them. Look at Biden in America - he has got NOTHING passed - its not the Republicans stopping him, its not Manchen and Sinema stopping him - if it were not these it would be Bob and freda stopping him - its BILLIONAIRES STOPPING HIM sure they will alow some tinkering with the system to stop the people rioting [uk and usa] but NO fundamental change will happen cos no fundamental chang eCAN happen cos all the wealth is in the top 0.001% and therefore all the power is in the top 0.001% SO NO, MACRON CANT FIX THE PROBLEM - the problem is UNFIXABLE and capitalism will collapse - this is capitalism in its death throws... And like it or not - it is dying the EXACT way that Karl Marx predicted 150 years ago... My god was he boring as hell, but he was also right about capitalism and the exact manor of its death.
