  2.  @cykablyat6531  - EXACTLY. When all this comes out, and it will, its not a military top-secret war effort so its not protected by the 50 year rule... It will come out. And there is no doubt whatsoever that it will be the SINGLE BIGGEST corruption scandal in British history. At that point, the Tory party will be more TOXIC than Chernobyl - so the guy resigning over the current scandal is doing exactly the right thing. My only question is, will it literally entail Bojo and his mates doing a runner out of the country or not...?

You can NOT physically spend £38 Billion on 1 project in 1 year. The Deli to Mumbi industrial corridor - 1,500km will be about the same cost - a RECORD 3 years to build - but it took a DECADE of planning. A Nimitz class nuclear carrier only costs £7 billion - 5 years to build. THAT MONEY HAS BEEN EMBEZZLED, it will be the single biggest scandal in British history.
