2 X 10 min vids a day is a LOT of work. A rough rule of thumb is 1 hour for 1 min of high quality and 30 mins for 1 min of standing there talking - so Phil is putting in about 10 hours a day I would say

@steveosborne2297 - Its the year of the never-ending summer - its 31ºC this next week - Im sick of it, its been summer since week 2 of April. We had a tornado last week - took the rooves off all the shops across the street, sucked the insulation of our apartment building, thousands of windows out - the most intense thing I have ever experienced. It touched down in our carpark and then moves about 800m - snapped 2 feet thick trees like matchsticks... Too much heat in the land and the air starting to mess with the atmospherics.

@steveosborne2297 - WOW thats amazing - we do get the water spouts here, Ive never seen one. We dont usually get the tornadoes on the land and I have deffo never been IN one. It was EXACTLY like the movies. Insanity level wind and rain, nothing but the sound of glass smashing and trees snapping then silence but everything going vertically UP past the window, then insanity wind going in the opposite direction. At one point a chimney pot went vertically UP past my 9th floor window. I have no idea how big it was or how long it lasted - it seemed big and seemed to last 10 minutes, it may have been tiny and lasted 20 seconds... When you are in it, you cant tell its a tornado - it has no shape to you, its just wind so strong it sandblasted the cars in the carpark back to bare metal. Unfortunately, I cant post pictures on here.

@steveosborne2297 - YEAH - I was too excited to be scared when the one hit here. I knew going near the windows was a bad idea as I could see and hear other people's windows getting smashed. What boat do you have? I lived in a 32 foot 1962 Italian "Alcudia" in the south of France for 3 years - at Cap De Agde most of the time. I absolutely loved every second of it, but almost every second of it was spent upkeeping the boat - OMG wooden boats are just ENDLESS WORK...

@steveosborne2297 - I MIGHT even know the boat...!!! I was at Palavas Les Flots, then Sete and then Cap de Agde and there was a 45' - 50' ish Tiger Marine owned by either a German couple or a retired English couple, I cant remember now. But this would be about 2003. "I’ve just sold the boat and was thinking about going back to the UK" THAT would be a jarring experience...!!!

@abbofun9022 Thats true -

@abbofun9022 - Its way more work than you think. Ive worked with a few YouTubers, writing scripts for them. This girl makes 3 X 15-second videos a day - she gets up at 5.00am starts work at 6 and finished at about 4 or 5. https://youtube.com/shorts/kqGhgotolNk?feature=share THAT is how you get 5.5 MILLION subscribers The people that are good at it usually are REALLY professional and work like hell at it. If a girl has 4 million subs for tic tok dances - she is probably putting 12 hours a day in - you might not agree it a worthwhile "thing" she is doing, but she is working her a** off. Its why I wont do it. Its too much hard work.
