@CraigB13 - My dog is a working springer spaniel - she likes her routine. She does NOT like things to change, she does not even like it if I change the dog walking route...

@re1644 - Yeah - I actually have brain damage. I was beaten with metal bars in a mugging in 2015. I have short term memory and object permanence problems. So my days follow a very strict routine, its how I ensure that everything gets done that needs to get done. One action triggers the next. Phil finishing is the trigger for dog walk No1. So I was sat here today wondering why the dog was pestering me cos I had not watched Phil so there was NO trigger to walk the dog.
