@ChrisSavenSH 54 year old English pacifist here living in Bulgaria - geographic proximity ABSOLUTELY focuses mind. When it kicked off in Ukraine I genuinely had to be talked out of volunteering [wiht the very sensible logic I would be a massive liability]. The closer you are exponentially more you care. And when its very close it triggers the primitive part of your brain - overriding all logic.

@ClaudeGhendrih-w4o TBH in this instance my frontal lobes just went on holiday and handed over to the lizard brain. It was a genuinely weird experience. It reminded me of the line in Gladiator the movie "when those doors open you will fight, and rest assured - when those doors open you WILL fight" and I thought - yes you do. Its some primal instinct. I always said I would be a conscientious objector - but apparently not. And it is the geographical proximity that makes the difference.

NATO IS NOT REAL this is one thing Putin is 100% correct about - there is NO WAY Am34ic4 would ever lose 100k people to protect Europe...!!! NOT A CHANCE... NATO suited Am3ric4 when they were fighting communism - they dont care about fighting Putin, they will sell you arms, SURE. But they will NEVER get involved. Its time the EU wakes up to this as sorts itself out

Lets be real - Am3ric4 is history. China is the future. Europe is in the dustbin due to lack of investment - we should just do a deal with China to fix the infrastructure for a free trade agreement and lets move on into the 21 century.
