I LIVE IN BULGARIA its nothing like as bad here - and we are almost next door to Ukraine...!!! I noticed today that the pensioners and other low-income people are still buying food for the local cats and dogs - YES, poor people here can afford to feed stray animals with specially bought food for them, not just leftovers. OH - and we don't have homeless people - homelessness is a government policy decision.

@BENTWOONEZERO - NO - I'm not hypocritical cos I have brain damage and I have a short term memory problem. And we have been over this so many times that I am genuinely wondering what is wrong with your memory. NO its nothing to do with my statistics and your statistics - the statistics you point to are correct. Which gives me even greater reason to believe you have a legitimate memory problem. You have made this point on at least half a dozen occasions and I have patiently explained it to you on each occasion. I will tell you again - and then I will remind you of this conversation in a month when you make the exact same point again. Bulgaria was one of the best countries in the world for pandemic response and then we had a general election that did not result in a government. Then we had another two elections that failed to return a government so for a full year Bulgaria was without a government in the middle of a pandemic so we had NO coordinated pandemic response and it all went to hell. YES it was a very bad situation. It was caused by a narcissistic TV presenter, very much like Boris Johnson and Donald Trump who promised reforms, got enough votes to form a government but refused out of ego to work with the other parties and insisted on being the leader - EXACTLY like the DUP in NI at the moment. Eventually, people got sick of him and voted in a brand new party. A narcissist TV presenter is responsible for the deaths - just like a narcissist TV presenter is responsible for the deaths in the UK and a narcissist TV presenter is responsible for the deaths in the USA. The moral of the story NEVER vote for a narcissist TV presenter!!! Now please screen shot this and look at it the next time I tell you I have answered this question before. AND genuinely you must have a memory problem, cos this is a pretty memorable story. You should get it checked out at the doctor.

@MazzaEliLi7406 - YES - I 100% agree. One of the things that makes me very happy here in Bulgaria is they seem to be modernising whilst taking GREAT effort to NOT make the mistakes of the west. One tiny example - UBER set up here and in a month it was declared illegal. Why? You have to have a psychological evaluation yearly to drive the public about and the courts here rejected the BS that it was a "ride-sharing service" and declared if there was a financial exchange it was a taxi, taxis are regulated - f-off its illegal. A lot of people hoping for cheap Uber did complain - but how many women have been saved from sexual assault and rape because of that decision...??? How many taxi drivers still have a job?? How many people have proper jobs and are not scraping by on gig economy BS wages???

@BENTWOONEZERO Its 21 not 27 Ben. You are asking the WRONG question Ben. The question should be "THERE ARE 193 COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD - WHY HAS THE UK BEEN WORSE THAN 171 OF THEM???" The UK is supposed to be the 6th richest country in the world - according to you lot - but it has a worse covid death rate than 171 other countries - WHY IS THAT BEN???? Ive explained the very specific reasons why Bulgaria has a worse rate than 192 countries. so why is the UK worse than 171...??? You see this is why you voted Brexit Ben. You ask the WRONG questions. Its NOT about being better than the WORST 21 countries in the world Ben, its about being WORSE than the best 171...

@BENTWOONEZERO - Ben - thats NOT how it world - you are an island - like New Zealand and NZ is 153. Ports and airports - you can close those down. Its WAY harder to close a land border where the virus cal literally float across. Let me tell you how the data stacks up for effectiveness re covis and ineffectiveness re covid - if you analyse all the data it goes like this VERY VERY WORST - right wing government run by a narcissistic MAN VERY VERY BEST - left wing government run by an empathetic woman You are 20 times more likely to die of covid if you have a right wing male narcissistic leader than if you have a left wing empathic female - its as simple as that... And the line on the graph is totally linear - the more left wing and the more female a government is the more likely you are to live. Which is logical really "lets look after people" is a better philosophy than "f-uk the poor, we are rich dude, lets have a party" isnt it...? The UK is as bad as it is cos it had a right wing male narcissistic leader THATS IT. And whilst Bulgaria is a pretty unique case - our problems were also largely caused by a right of a centre narcissistic male refusing to take office in a power shearing.
