WHAT WILL HAPPEN - COS ITS ALREADY HAPPENED China is offering Government Bonds in $USD, so if you have lots of $$$ like the oil states do, you can invest it in China is $$$ and get it back in $$$ OR in RMB in the future They are also offering loans in $USD that countries can pay back in their own currency. All at better rates than the US FED. China is $1 Trillion of $USD on hand for this. OUPS
