NEVER underestimate the stupidity of the British voting public. You think that you are a reasonably average person who knows other reasonably average people. You'll know. My sister had to go to a sleep therapy class, the woman giving the class spoke about turning your computer off and you phone off at night to stop the blue light, keeping you awake. One woman put her hand up and said what is blue light? The woman doing the class asked, who doesn't know what blue light is? 40% of the room put their hand up. These are average people.

@steveparker8065 the woman went on to try and explain that light was made up of a spectrum of different wavelengths, and she just gave up apparently. She ended up saying you know when you see a blue LED light blue light, and that might keep you awake. My sister, who has a Masters degree, simply could not believe that there were people in this world that not only didn't know this, but we're incapable of understanding it. We all live in bubbles

@steveparker8065 no, these people literally didn't understand the concept of blue light, presumably having never seen a blue lightbulb. But yes, I get up at sunrise every morning and do tai chi on the balcony watching the Sun rise. Then I go with my dog for a long walk. That's how I start my day every day. I too used to suffer from insomnia and I found this routine really helped. I also use a weighted blanket, that really helps.
