  2.  @endy9059  - I suffered a head injury a few years back and it left me with a facial tic. The presence and severity of the tic tells me how stressed I am, or not. It got to the point my face was basically scrunched up solid all day. I cut down on the news from the UK and its back to very slight and intermittent - thank God. But it is a useful meter of how stressed you can be whilst not actually FEELING that stressed.
