Your empire ended about 6 years ago, you live in the 20th century, you cant make anything or do anything and the vultures are in the government. By 2030 there will be 2 billion middle class consumers OUTSIDE the U5A, the future is Chinese and the EU has a choice, go down with the sinking ship of Am3ric4 or embrace the future.
