  1. HERE IN BULGARIA it is still a 99% cash economy - I love it. I can get my monthly salary and divide everything up in envelopes and do my budget and ACTUALLY SAVE MONEY. This never happened when I lived in the UK, that plastic card was always there to be used easily.
