Lets go through it for Am3ric4 Shortage of soldiers and labour force - YES means of transport for military - YES heir production of cannon barrels does not cover what they are losing - YES 155mm shells They spend about 40% of the budget on war - pretty much They banned export of patrol as they cannot keep up with production - the US cant make petrol without Canadian oil and that might not be there in a month Railway transport is failing as they cannot buy parts to fix locomotives - LITERALLY the case across the whole of the US rail network
