@coldwynn - Nope - this argument is what we technically call bull shit excuse-making for stealing the land that was not yours. Not even you believe this argument, you just hope it will wash and relieve you of the guilt over the land theft and genocide. I am sure you have a similar argument over slavery.

ANd ther is no such thing as "right of conquest", that's just organised stealing on a national level and a preposterous argument postulated to justify it. It was outlawed as a concept by the Neurtenburg convention in 1945. Stop making excuses to ease your national guilt.

@coldwynn - BTW - nation states, they are a legal construct as are borders, not a construct by Nature. - so I presume you are in favour of getting rid of those as you are such a fan of the natural order - NOPE??? @coldwynn - lets start with the first logical fallacy. "Why is it that powerful nations, through endeavors or alliance, create human rights?" THEY DONT. The ruling elites hand out human rights in order to maintain their grip on power, to give scraps of dignity to the masses only when they are forced to do so of face rebellion or revolution. National "endeavors or alliance" do not create human rights, the desire to appease the masses is what creates them.
