Honest to God if we resurrected Neanderthals they wold refuse to talk to Americans on the grounds they are backwards

  4. I lived in a very large Easter European apartment in 2015, they LOVE their halogen recessed lights, there were literally hundreds of them. My electricity bill was €350 a month. I ripped out all the lighting and the two old boilers and put in LED and a modern boiler and my electricity bill dropped instantly to €100 to 130 a month. I now live in a smaller apartment in the same city and my electricity bill is €20 a month as this building has passive heating and cooling.
